Before a video call

  • Find a private spot where you can speak freely. Headphones help, too.

  • Use Chrome or Safari, and allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks.

  • A strong wifi signal beats a full battery. Ideally, have both.

  • If the video drops, refresh the page and rejoin the waiting room. If you still have trouble, text me at 850-696-7218

A note on urgent situations. The portal and email are not monitored in real time and are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
