Fees

Information about the cost of working together.

Do You Offer Free Consultations?

Yes. Before any commitment, we talk. The consultation is a brief call to hear what brings you in, answer your questions, and decide together whether this is the right work and the right fit. If it is not, I will point you toward someone who is a better match.

For VA Community Care clients, the same call confirms your coverage and authorization.

What Are Your Fees for Ongoing Individual Therapy?

Sessions are 60 minutes as standard. Ninety-minute sessions are available when clinically appropriate.

60-minute session: $260

Private pay keeps your care fully confidential. Nothing is shared with an insurer, no diagnosis is required for reimbursement, and the depth and pace of our work are set by what helps you, not by what a plan will authorize.

Do You Take Insurance?

I accept Florida Blue, Aetna, and VA Community Care Network (CCN), so eligible veterans can access this work through their benefits. All other care at Hayfield Healing is private pay.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Contact your plan to confirm your out-of-network mental health coverage before we begin.

Therapy Intensive Fees

An intensive is a focused alternative to weekly sessions: a concentrated arc of work across one or more days, for people who want to move further, faster. All intensives are private pay and include a 90-minute preparation session and a 50-minute integration session.

EMDR and Brainspotting Intensives

The Clearing (half-day): $1,500

The Field (full-day): $2,750

The Meadow (two-day): $4,500

The Horizon (three-day): $6,000

CRM Intensives

The Clearing (half-day): $1,750

The Field (full-day): $3,200

The Meadow (two-day): $5,200

The Horizon (three-day): $6,800

A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent reserves your dates. The balance is due 14 days before we begin. One reschedule is permitted with 14 or more days notice; inside that window, the package fee is forfeited.

Care Beyond Florida and New York

Through PsyPact authorization, I provide virtual private-pay therapy in roughly 43 participating states, in addition to Florida and New York where I am fully licensed. PsyPact applies to private-pay clients only. VA Community Care can be used in the states where I hold traditional licensure, Florida and New York. If you live in a participating state outside Florida or New York and want to work with me, care is private pay. The consultation is the place to confirm your state.

Map of the United States showing PSYPACT participation status by state, with participating states shaded in muted mauve-purple, other PSYPACT status categories shown in light purple, gray, white outline, and black, and a map key listing each category.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Therapy

I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged the full fee, which is not billable to insurance. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to keep scheduling.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service, through Ivy Pay (credit or debit card) or Zelle. Intensive deposits and balances use the same methods.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. I provide one on request, before we begin or any time during care. If a final bill exceeds your estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute it. To request a Good Faith Estimate, email me at maria@hayfieldhealing.com. For more, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
